The Flight Attendant is instrumental in providing a superior travel experience by prioritizing passenger safety, comfort, and well-being. This position involves maintaining cabin security, conducting essential safety briefings, and responding adeptly to in-flight emergencies. Key Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety and comfort in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Deliver exemplary customer service to all passengers.

Assist passengers with stowing luggage and provide support to those requiring additional assistance.

Prepare and serve food and beverages.

Respond effectively to emergency situations, including providing first aid and guiding passenger evacuations.

Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure operational readiness of all equipment.

Complete all required documentation and reports accurately.

Adhere to all safety-conscious behaviors and company procedures.
Requirements

Minimum age of 23 years.

High school diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States and eligible for international travel.

Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must reside within a one-hour commute of the assigned domicile.

Proven ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Must pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and be willing to submit to random testing.

Must pass a 10-year work history background check, criminal history, and fingerprint checks as required by the TSA.
Qualifications

Successful completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
