Flight Attendant
Contour, a well-established aviation services company, is seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant for full-time employment at their [Location - to be inserted if specified]. The Flight Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cabin safety, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure passenger safety and comfort in compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies.

Deliver exemplary customer service, meeting and exceeding passenger expectations.

Assist passengers with luggage and provide support to those requiring additional help.

Serve meals, snacks, and beverages.

Respond effectively to emergency situations, including evacuations and medical assistance.

Conduct safety demonstrations and public announcements clearly and professionally.

Complete all required reports and documentation accurately.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin and galley.

Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and operating aircraft doors and galley equipment.
Requirements

Minimum age of 23 years.

High school diploma or GED required.
-
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.

Fluent in English; bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, ongoing random testing, a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must reside within one hour of the assigned domicile.

Able to lift 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Successful completion of Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program is required.
