Flight Attendant
Contour Airlines is a long-established aviation services company dedicated to integrity, safety, and excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated, safety-conscious Flight Attendant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will ensure the well-being of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Prioritize cabin safety, security, and passenger comfort on every flight.

Perform in-flight duties, including safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions.

Respond to emergency situations by implementing flight deck instructions, guiding evacuations, and providing medical assistance.

Deliver high-level customer service and assist passengers with special needs.

Prepare and serve meals and beverages.

Maintain cabin, galley, and lavatory cleanliness.

Manage aircraft equipment, including doors, service carts, and overhead bins.

Complete all required safety reports and operational documentation accurately.

Perform tasks requiring lifting up to 75 lbs, reaching overhead, and physical agility.
Qualifications

Minimum age: 23 years.

High school diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license and valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States with the ability to travel internationally.

Fluent in English (bilingual skills are a plus).

Must successfully complete a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.

Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing.

Completion of the four-week Contour Flight Attendant Initial Training Program is required.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with duty periods up to 16 hours.

Must reside within one hour of the assigned domicile.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position with a starting annual salary of $34,000.00, progressing to a maximum of $42,500.00. Employees are eligible for an annual retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 once the maximum salary is reached.
