Flight Attendant

This full-time, road warrior position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in our flight operations.
Position Overview
The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers while delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will maintain cabin safety, conduct safety demonstrations, respond to in-flight emergencies, and provide professional communication to passengers and crew.
Key Responsibilities

Perform duties in compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies, prioritizing safety and passenger comfort.

Deliver exemplary customer service that exceeds passenger expectations.

Assist passengers, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities.

Prepare and serve meals and beverages.

Respond to emergency situations, including medical assistance, evacuations, and flight deck instructions.

Conduct safety demonstrations and public announcements.

Complete all required reports and documentation accurately.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.

Operate aircraft doors (up to 60 lbs.), maneuver service carts (requiring up to 32 lbs. of force), and stow luggage (up to 67 inches high).
Qualifications

Minimum age: 23 years.

High school diploma or GED required.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid passport.

Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.

Fluent in English (bilingual skills preferred).

Must successfully complete a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and DOT pre-employment drug screening.

Must successfully complete Contour’s four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.

Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.

Must live within one hour of the assigned domicile.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position with a starting annual salary of $34,000.00, increasing to a maximum of $42,500.00. A retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 per year is available once the maximum salary is reached.
