Contour is a long-established aviation services company committed to integrity, safety, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers while delivering a high level of customer service in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure cabin safety and security while providing exemplary customer service.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions.
  • Assist passengers, including those requiring additional support, such as unaccompanied minors and individuals with disabilities.
  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages.
  • Respond effectively to in-flight emergencies, including medical situations and evacuations.
  • Complete all required incident reports and service documentation accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin, galley, and lavatories.
  • Perform physical tasks, including operating aircraft doors (up to 60 lbs.), pushing service carts (up to 32 lbs. of force), and lifting items up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Age: Minimum of 23 years.
  • Documents: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid passport.
  • Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.
  • Language: Fluency in English (bilingual skills preferred).
  • Screening: Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen, ongoing random testing, a 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.
  • Training: Successful completion of the four-week Contour Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
  • Logistics: Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with duty periods up to 16 hours. Must reside within one hour of the assigned domicile.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary: The starting annual salary begins at $34,000.00, with annual increases up to a maximum of $42,500.00. A retention bonus of up to $2,000.00 per year is available once the maximum salary is reached.

Insurance: Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, alongside short/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance.

Retirement: 401(k) plan with a company matching contribution up to 6% of eligible compensation.

Leave and Vacation: Accrual of up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually and vested vacation hours. Various leave options, including medical, family care, maternity/paternity, and personal leave, are available.

Travel Privileges: Non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges on Contour upon hire and access to MyID Travel after six months of active service.
