Summary of Essential Duties:
The successful candidate will:
- Prioritize safety above all else.
- Comply with schedules and directives governing aircraft operation in Part 135 On Demand operations.
- Perform all Company-assigned duties according to Company manuals, memos, and policies.
- Conduct diligent preflight planning and prepare flight plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Ensure the aircraft is clean and prepared for flight, equipped with all necessary provisions for passenger safety and comfort.
- Adhere to the company uniform policy.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a U.S. ATP license.
- Be at least 23 years of age.
- Possess a current first-class medical certificate (verified at the time of the interview).
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Possess a current passport.
- Be able to lift 75 lbs routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Hold an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).
- Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- Have no excessive check ride failures.
- Have no previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
- Maintain a residence that ensures the ability to report to work within 120 minutes of a dispatch call during the assigned duty period.
- Understand, read, and write English.
- Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Have well-developed people skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities.
- Be able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivered with tact and professionalism.
- Pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol tests.
- Pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
Minimum and/or Recommended Flight Times:
- Total Time: 1500 minimum/2000 recommended
- Pilot in Command Time: 500 minimum/1000 recommended
- Multi Engine: 500 minimum/1000 recommended
