Constellation Brands seeks a highly experienced Captain to join its Part 91 corporate flight department based in Rochester, NY. This full-time position involves serving as Pilot in Command on company aircraft, upholding a strong safety culture, and ensuring operational excellence. The flight department operates Gulfstream G280 and Gulfstream G600 aircraft.

About the Role

The Captain will serve as Pilot in Command on assigned domestic and international Part 91 operations, maintaining responsibility for passenger, crew, and aircraft safety. Key duties include ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leading and mentoring flight crew members, and actively participating in the Safety Management System (SMS). The role requires conducting thorough pre-flight planning and making operational decisions, while representing Constellation Brands with professionalism and executive-level service.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate – Multiengine
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000+ hours Total Time
• 2,000+ hours Jet Time
• Hold at least one jet type rating
• Ability to be away from home for extended periods for domestic and international operations
• Valid U.S. passport and valid driver’s license
• Ability to reside within one hour of Rochester International Airport (KROC)
• Ability to successfully complete background investigation and pre-employment drug screening
• Must have attended approved simulator training in the jet aircraft the pilot is type rated in within the previous 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Gulfstream G280 and/or G600 type rating(s)
• International flight experience
• Experience in IS-BAO and/or Safety Management System (SMS) environments
• Previous flight instruction experience and/or possession of a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate
