Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following essential duties:
- The Pilot ensures consistent operational reliability and adherence to strict schedules by diligently meeting established report times, departure windows, and minimum turn-around requirements.
- The individual meticulously plans all assigned flights, incorporating and utilizing comprehensive weather data and navigational reports, ensuring strict compliance with both Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and organizational standard operating procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must satisfy the following critical requirements to be considered for this professional aviation role:
- Must possess a current, valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with a Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating and instrument privileges.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of relevant flight time is required, specifically meeting the experience standards outlined in FAR 121.436 (Second-in-Command under FAR 121 or Pilot-in-Command under FAR 135 operations).
- Demonstrates current instrument proficiency, verified by logging a minimum of 20 hours of flight time within the immediate past six-month period.
- Holds a current and unrestricted FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
