The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and comfort are maintained onboard, anticipating and exceeding passenger needs through proactive, tailored service delivery. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Dubai; relocation is required if the candidate is not already based there.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in First or Business Class on an international carrier.
- Native or C1 level French proficiency.
- Valid US visas (C1/D and B1/B2).
- Unrestricted passport or valid Schengen and UK visa.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (no rotation or commuting is possible).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in private or corporate aviation.
- Experience on BBJ and/or ACJ aircraft.
- Valid EASA attestation.
- Silver service training.
- Availability for trial flights on short notice.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all company aviation practices and procedures, as outlined in the Company Operations Manual.
- Maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and appearance.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the aircraft and its passengers.
- Following all safety and emergency procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Assisting the Commander with flight-related administrative tasks.
- Performing assigned duties related to the flight, in accordance with the Operations Manual.
- Proactively offering advice and assistance to the Commander to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.
- Seeking clarification from the Commander as needed.
- Ensuring safe passenger evacuation in an emergency.
- Overseeing and coordinating cabin safety and emergency procedures as directed by the Commander.
- Regularly verifying the edibility and expiration dates of all onboard food and beverages.
- Coordinating and executing non-safety-related service tasks within the cabin.
- Providing regular food and beverage service to the flight crew.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
