Job Summary

Clay Lacy Aviation is actively seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Captain for a full-time, Part 91 operation based in London, England. This prestigious role is for a Gulfstream GVII (G600) Captain, engaged under a direct contract with the aircraft owner. The successful candidate will also be expected to perform rotational duties flying a HondaJet as required.   • Location: London, England
  • Operation: Part 91, approximately 350 flight hours annually
  • Employment Type: Full-time, direct contract with the aircraft owner
  • Compensation: 100,000 GBP to 150,000 GBP, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Gulfstream GVII (G600) and HondaJet safely and efficiently in accordance with all aviation regulations and company standards.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, operations specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • Execute all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties with utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety, operational excellence, and passenger comfort.
  • Undertake additional aviation-related duties as assigned to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the private jet operation.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this prestigious role, applicants must meet the following stringent criteria:

  • Total Flight Time: A minimum of 3,500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 2,000 hours
  • Turbine Time: A minimum of 1,000 hours
  • Certifications:
    • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is mandatory.
    • Current GVII Type Rating with a minimum of 200 hours in type is required.
  • Residency & Work Authorization:
    • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
    • Must currently reside within the greater London area or be willing to relocate.
  • International Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel globally, including to the EU, Caribbean, US, and occasionally Australia.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrated ability to comply with all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies and procedures.
  • Screening: Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks is mandatory; applicants will be subject to random drug/alcohol tests as required.
  • Application Submission: Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including medical certificate, and completion of a disclosure form are required as part of the application process.
