Position Requirements
- Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving distance of KBFI/KHIO or be willing to relocate.
- Currently, only candidates with a Global 7500 type rating will be considered.
- Applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $405,000 - $420,000
- Benefits: Fully paid medical and healthcare premiums, matching 401(k) plan.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- CLA Lead Captains must possess the minimum experience necessary to safely operate the assigned aircraft, adhering to company Operational Specifications, General Operations Manual, and Flight Operations Manual, while meeting account management requirements.
- Must hold a current Global 7500 type rating.
- Must hold an ATP certificate and remain current with all flight requirements.
- Must possess a First Class Medical Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience meeting applicable FAA Part 91 and/or FAA Part 135 requirements for the assigned aircraft type.
