Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute distance of the designated base or be prepared to relocate to fulfill this requirement. Current openings are exclusively for individuals possessing a minimum of three years of Cabin Attendant experience in private aviation, with a preference for prior Global 7500 experience.

Position Overview
This full-time Cabin Attendant position is dedicated to delivering exemplary service while rigorously adhering to all safety protocols aboard the aircraft. The incumbent will oversee the comprehensive operation of cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and memorable experience for all Clay Lacy clientele. Key responsibilities include managing aircraft inventory, meticulously preparing the cabin, and ensuring it is fully stocked according to owner preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional passenger service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of owner preferences, including dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requests.
- Regularly update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
- Organize and maintain owner lockers, storage areas, and workspaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and in optimal condition.
- Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is immaculate and all items are current and correctly positioned prior to each flight.
- Source, procure, and stock the aircraft with owner-requested items, managing supply rotation and replacement as needed.
- Proactively identify and address any cabin wear and tear issues, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the relevant department.
- Safely offload and onload aircraft items during routine maintenance or as otherwise required.
- Prepare the aircraft to the highest standards for client showings.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate owner travel plans, adapting to flight schedule modifications as necessary.
- Ensure smooth operations and continuous support through consistent communication with In-Flight Services management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
Travel Expectations
Travel is expected and may involve prolonged overnight stays at domestic and international destinations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Cabin Attendant on Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jets.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute radius of the aircraft base; this is not a remote or purely commutable position.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Current and valid Food Handler Certification.
- Valid passport.
- Current emergency training certification (CPR/First Aid) from an approved facility, completed within the past 12 months.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Readiness to be "on-call" as needed, outside of scheduled days off.
