Gulfstream G700 Cabin Attendant
Location: Oxford, CT (KOXC)
Position Type: Full-Time
Operation: Part 91/135; approximately 400 flight hours annually
Compensation: $190,000 - $195,000 annually, with fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
Position Summary
The Cabin Attendant is integral to delivering an exceptional, five-star service experience aboard the Gulfstream G700, ensuring unwavering adherence to all safety protocols. This role encompasses the comprehensive management of cabin services, guaranteeing a seamless, efficient, and memorable journey for Clay Lacy clientele. Responsibilities include meticulous inventory management and ensuring the aircraft cabin is impeccably prepared and stocked to meet discerning owner preferences.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Uphold rigorous safety regulations and protocols while providing unparalleled passenger service.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of owner preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and specific requests.
- Systematically update passenger profiles and meticulously maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
- Organize and manage owner lockers, storage areas, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and in optimal condition.
- Conduct routine inventory checks to guarantee the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Prepare the aircraft with all necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is immaculate and all items are current and properly positioned prior to each flight.
- Source, purchase, and stock the aircraft with owner-requested items, diligently rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.
- Proactively identify and address any cabin wear and tear, liaising with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Safely manage the loading and unloading of aircraft items during maintenance or as otherwise required.
- Prepare the aircraft to the highest standards for client showings, ensuring an impeccable presentation.
- Maintain schedule flexibility to accommodate owner requirements, adapting to potential flight schedule changes.
- Foster continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure operational fluidity and support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
Travel Expectations
Travel involves extended overnight stays in both domestic and international locations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 in a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft's base at KOXC. This is not a remote or fly-in/fly-out position.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Hold an active Food Handler Certification.
- Maintain a valid, unexpired passport.
- Possess a current Emergency Training certification from an approved provider (completed within the past 12 months), including CPR and First Aid.
