Lead Captain – Gulfstream G550 (Part 91/135)
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Lead Captain to operate a Gulfstream G550 based in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, proven crew management experience, and excellent communication skills with aircraft owners.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee flight operations under Part 91/135 regulations.

Maintain effective communication and management of flight crews and aircraft owners.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support safe and efficient operation.
Qualifications and Requirements

Total Time: Minimum 3,500 hours.

Pilot-in-Command (PIC): Minimum 2,000 hours.

Turbine Time: Minimum 1,000 hours.

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required.

Current Type Rating in Gulfstream G550 required (typed and current captains preferred).

Residency: Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate. Commuters with reasonable travel times may be considered.

Travel Authorization: Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.

Compliance: Must pass DOT/FAA drug screening and comprehensive background checks, and submit to random drug/alcohol testing as required.

Documentation: Submission of full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides) and a medical certificate is required, along with the completion of a formal disclosure form.
