Cabin Attendant – Boeing Business Jet (Part 91/135)

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a dedicated and professional Cabin Attendant to join our team. This full-time position supports a Part 91/135 Boeing Business Jet based in Palm Beach, FL (KPBI), with an annual flight schedule of approximately 450 hours.

Position Summary

The Cabin Attendant is responsible for delivering legendary service while maintaining rigorous safety protocols. The successful candidate will manage all cabin operations, ensure aircraft readiness, and provide a seamless experience for Clay Lacy clientele by meticulously managing inventory and catering to personalized owner preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of owner preferences, dietary needs, and allergies.
  • Manage aircraft inventory, including cabin supplies, bedding, and office equipment.
  • Source, purchase, and stock catering and amenities according to owner specifications.
  • Prepare the aircraft cabin for flights and client showings, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Pilot in Command regarding cabin maintenance and wear-and-tear repairs.
  • Coordinate the loading and offloading of cabin items during maintenance events.
  • Maintain flexible availability to accommodate fluctuating flight schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience on large cabin private or corporate jets (Part 91 and/or Part 135).
  • Residency within a 2-hour drivable commute to the aircraft base (Palm Beach, FL). This is not a commutable position.
  • Valid, unexpired driver’s license and passport.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification.
  • Emergency training certificate (including CPR/First Aid) from an approved facility completed within the past 12 months.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000.
