Position Overview
The successful candidate will serve as Captain of a state-of-the-art Gulfstream G700, operating approximately 400 hours annually under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. Compensation and Benefits

- Annual Compensation: $360,000 to $370,000

Key Responsibilities
The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream G700, ensuring compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company operations manuals, and standard operating procedures. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Exercising ultimate authority for the safe conduct of the flight.
- Adhering strictly to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, operations specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Performing comprehensive pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- Ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout all phases of flight.
- Maintaining accurate flight logs and operational records.
- Proactively managing and prioritizing workflow, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Cultivating strong customer relations and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Working collaboratively with the flight crew and ground support to meet shared objectives.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with varied audiences.
- Demonstrating integrity, honesty, and authenticity in all interactions.
- Taking initiative and executing assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner.
- Operating effectively under pressure while maintaining strong teamwork acumen.
- Performing additional job-related assignments as requested.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Clay Lacy Aviation seeks a highly qualified professional with the following minimum requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
- Turbine Time: 1,000 hours
- Certifications: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is required.
- Type Rating: Gulfstream G700 Type Certification is preferred with a minimum of 200 hours in type. However, exceptionally qualified PIC candidates with strong relevant experience in large cabin aircraft may also be considered.
- Residency: Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute distance to Oxford, CT (KOXC) or be willing to relocate. This is not a commutable position.
- Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Compliance: Strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures.
- Screening: Must successfully pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks, and submit to random drug/alcohol tests when required.
- Documentation: Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical, as well as completion of a disclosure form, will be required as part of the application process.
