Lead Captain – Challenger 605

We are currently seeking a professional Lead Captain for our Part 91 Challenger 605 operation based in Oxford, CT (KOXC). This position offers an upgraded compensation package, comprehensive medical and healthcare coverage, and a matching 401(k) retirement plan.

Key Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required.
• Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours of turbine time.
• Challenger 605 Type Certification is preferred; non-typed PICs with strong qualifications may be considered.
• Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
• Residency within a two-hour drivable commute is preferred; candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary to satisfy this requirement.

Compliance and Application Process

• Successful completion of a pre-employment DOT/FAA drug screening and comprehensive background check is mandatory.
• Candidates must be willing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing as required.
• Applicants are required to provide full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including the current medical certificate.
• Completion of a disclosure form is required as part of the application process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
