Lead Captain – Challenger 605
We are currently seeking a professional Lead Captain for our Part 91 Challenger 605 operation based in Oxford, CT (KOXC). This position offers an upgraded compensation package, comprehensive medical and healthcare coverage, and a matching 401(k) retirement plan.
Key Requirements

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required.

Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.

Minimum of 1,000 hours of turbine time.

Challenger 605 Type Certification is preferred; non-typed PICs with strong qualifications may be considered.

Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.

Residency within a two-hour drivable commute is preferred; candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary to satisfy this requirement.

Successful completion of a pre-employment DOT/FAA drug screening and comprehensive background check is mandatory.

Candidates must be willing to submit to random drug and alcohol testing as required.
