The Citizens Bank Flight Department seeks an experienced Corporate Pilot (Captain) to join its elite team, providing corporate aviation services. Position Overview
As a Corporate Pilot (Captain), responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety and comfort while operating the corporate aircraft and adhering to all applicable statutes and regulations. This role is part of a high-performing team dedicated to safety, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Citizens Bank corporate aircraft as Pilot in Command or Second in Command.
- Execute duties within the corporate flight department, including recurrent training, trip planning, ground transportation coordination, and participation in safety management meetings.
- Greet passengers, assist with seating, and manage luggage storage.
- Conduct passenger briefings.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Pilot in Command and Second in Command duties, including comprehensive trip planning (weather, itinerary, loading, fuel).
- A high level of professionalism is mandatory.
- Ability to successfully pass a vetting procedure for crew access to Bradley International Airport.
- Technological aptitude with demonstrated competence in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience operating under International Standards of Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) established rules.
- Must reside within a 3-hour ground commute of Windsor Locks, CT.
Education, Certifications, and Other Professional Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Current FAA Class 1 Medical certificate, unrestricted.
- Current Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
- Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy II type rating. Recurrent training within the last 12 months is strongly preferred.
- Current FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Must pass a clear record check from the National Driver Register.
- Must pass credential confirmation through the Pilot Records Improvement Act.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $225,000 per year. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant skills, and experience.
