Corporate Pilot (Captain)
The Citizens Bank Flight Department is seeking an experienced Corporate Pilot (Captain) to provide premium corporate aviation services. This role is dedicated to ensuring executive travel is conducted with the highest standards of safety, comfort, and professional service. The department operates with an average of 300 flight hours per year and a schedule averaging 8-9 duty days per month, offering a commitment to work-life balance.
Primary Responsibilities

Operate the corporate aircraft as pilot in command or second in command.

Manage flight department tasks, including recurrent training, comprehensive trip planning, ground travel coordination, and safety management meetings.

Provide white-glove passenger service, including greeting, seating assistance, luggage management, and conducting passenger briefings.
Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree.

Certifications:
Current Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate; Current FAA Class 1 medical; Current FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Type Rating:
Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy II type rating is mandatory, with documented recurrent training within the previous 12 months.

Flight Experience:
3,500 hours total pilot time; 2,500 hours multi-engine time; 500 hours in Type or equivalent EASy aircraft; 200 hours flight time within the last 12 months.

Residency:
Must currently reside within a 3-hour ground commute of Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks, CT.

Skills:
Proficiency in trip planning (weather, itinerary, loading, fuel); strong professional demeanor; technical aptitude in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compliance:
Knowledge of International Standards of Business Aircraft Operators (IS-BAO) rules. Must pass National Driver Register record check and Pilot Records Improvement Act (PRIA) credential verification. Ability to clear vetting for BDL airport crew access is required.

$220,000 – $250,000 per year, plus an additional bonus component.
