Captain, Pilatus PC-12

About the Role:
As a Captain on our Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient flight operations, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the continued growth and success of Chartright.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Captain on the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft based in Toronto.
- Conduct all flights in a safe and compliant manner.
- Support daily operational activities on available reserve days.
- Collaborate with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales team to ensure seamless delivery of operational and service requirements.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage the sharing of ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to their exceptional client experience.
- Participate in monthly training courses and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Canadian ATPL
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
- Valid Transport Canada Medical
- Canadian Radio Telephone License
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours, experience with a similar aircraft is preferred
- A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
- Positive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support client needs
- Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
- Previous time on type is preferred
