First Officer - Falcon 2000

Chartright Air Group, a leading Canadian aviation innovator, seeks a skilled and dedicated First Officer to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will operate a Falcon 2000 aircraft based in Calgary, ensuring flights are conducted safely and efficiently. This individual will contribute to Chartright's commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence within the private jet service sector.

As an integral member of the team, the First Officer will support daily operations on reserve days, liaise with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to fulfill operational and service requirements, and foster a collaborative environment. They will also provide exceptional customer service, directly impacting the client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a First Officer on the Falcon 2000 aircraft.
  • Ensure all flights adhere to the highest safety standards.
  • Support daily operational activities on reserve days.
  • Collaborate with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet all operational and service requirements.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging the sharing of ideas and improvements.
  • Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to their exceptional experience.
  • Complete monthly training courses and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate.
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License.
  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum of 500 multi-engine PIC hours; jet or turbine time preferred.
  • A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
  • Positive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional client service, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients' needs.
  • Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is preferred.
  • Previous time on type is preferred.
