Chartright Air Group is seeking an experienced Captain to command the Bombardier Global 8000 based in Toronto (YYZ), Canada. This senior aviation role involves ensuring safe domestic and international flight operations, supporting daily activities, and delivering exceptional client experiences within a dedicated three-pilot crew environment.
About the Role
The Captain will operate the Global 8000 aircraft from Toronto, ensuring all flights are conducted safely as part of a three-pilot crew. Responsibilities include supporting daily operational activities, coordinating with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales team, and liaising with clients to provide a high-touch service. The role requires active participation in monthly training courses and other assigned duties to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Requirements

Possession of a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or a valid IATRA.

A Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.

A valid Transport Canada medical certificate.

A Canadian Radiotelephone Operator's licence.

Minimum of 8,000 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 5,000 hours as a jet pilot-in-command.

Previous international flying experience, including Europe and South America.

Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.

Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.

Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional client-service, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Flexibility to work a variable schedule to meet client needs.
Qualifications

A Global type rating is considered an asset.
