About the Role:
A leading aviation organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Captain to operate its Gulfstream 450 and Citation X aircraft. Based in Toronto, this pivotal role demands an unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence. The Captain will be responsible for leading flight operations, ensuring all flights adhere to the highest safety standards and regulatory compliance, while also providing essential operational support during designated reserve days. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for Gulfstream 450 and Citation X aircraft, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations.
- Uphold the highest safety standards, meticulously adhering to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Execute comprehensive pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties with precision, professionalism, and strict attention to detail.
- Provide critical operational support during assigned reserve periods, actively assisting with various daily flight operation activities as required.
- Maintain an extensive and current knowledge of aircraft systems, performance capabilities, and emergency procedures for assigned aircraft types.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Possession of a valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Holds a Group 1 Multi-Engine Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) rating.
- A current and valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate is essential.
- Must possess a valid Canadian Radio Telephone Operator Certificate.
- Minimum of 4000 hours total flight time.
- A minimum of 2000 hours Multi-Engine Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- Demonstrated experience with jet or turbine aircraft is highly preferred.
