Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Captain on a Citation Ultra aircraft, ensuring flights are conducted in a safe and professional manner.
- Support daily operational activities on available reserve days.
- Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to ensure all operational and service requirements are met.
- Foster a collaborative environment where colleagues can share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to their exceptional experience.
- Participate in monthly training courses and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR Rating
- Valid Transport Canada Medical
- Canadian Radio Telephone License
- Minimum of 1,500 hours total time
- Minimum 250 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time preferred
- A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
- Positive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support client needs
- Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
- Previous time on type is preferred
