What you will do
:
Act as the Captain on the Challenger 604 aircraft. This aircraft will be located in Calgary, AB.
Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required
What you bring
:
Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
Valid Transport Canada Medical
Canadian Radio Telephone License
Minimum of 5,000 hours total flight time
Minimum 2,500 hours PIC in a multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred)
A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred
Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
