Chartright is seeking a dedicated First Officer to join its Toronto-based flight operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 350 jet based in Toronto.
  • Collaborate with the Captain to ensure all flights are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Support daily operational activities during reserve duty periods.
  • Liaise with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales department to ensure all operational and service requirements are met.
  • Promote a collaborative environment by sharing ideas, improvements, and solutions with team members.
  • Deliver direct, high-quality customer service to contribute to an exceptional client experience.
  • Complete monthly training courses and fulfill additional duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Canadian ATPL or CPL with IATRA.
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical certificate.
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License.
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in multi-engine aircraft (turbine experience preferred).
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Aviation (preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
  • Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
  • Comprehensive understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight planning, fuel management, and weight and balance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • A positive mindset with the ability to build collaborative professional relationships.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules to accommodate client requirements.
