Responsibilities
-
Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 350 jet based in Toronto.

Collaborate with the Captain to ensure all flights are conducted safely and in compliance with regulations.

Support daily operational activities during reserve duty periods.

Liaise with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales department to ensure all operational and service requirements are met.

Promote a collaborative environment by sharing ideas, improvements, and solutions with team members.

Deliver direct, high-quality customer service to contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Complete monthly training courses and fulfill additional duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
-
Canadian ATPL or CPL with IATRA.
-
Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.

Valid Transport Canada Medical certificate.

Canadian Radio Telephone License.

Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in multi-engine aircraft (turbine experience preferred).

University Degree or College Diploma in Aviation (preferred).

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.

Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Comprehensive understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight planning, fuel management, and weight and balance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
