Captain Responsibilities:
- Act as Pilot-in-Command on a Citation Ultra aircraft, ensuring all flights are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Provide unwavering support to daily operations during scheduled reserve days.
- Collaborate closely with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales team to exceed operational and service expectations.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging the open exchange of ideas and solutions amongst colleagues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service directly to clients, contributing to an unparalleled experience.
- Maintain proficiency through monthly training courses and fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical.
- Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time, with a minimum of 250 hours as Pilot-in-Command on multi-engine aircraft (jet or turbine time preferred).
- University degree or College diploma in Aviation (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance.
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule that meets client needs.
- Prior international flying experience (Europe & South America) is required, and previous experience on type is preferred.
