Chartright Air Group is seeking a Captain to operate the Challenger 300 aircraft in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time role involves ensuring safe flight operations, supporting daily activities, and providing exceptional customer service as part of a dedicated crew. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading Canadian private jet service provider with over 35 years of experience.
About the Role

Act as a Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft within a three-pilot crew.

Ensure all flights are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Support daily operational activities during reserve days.

Liaise with internal departments to meet operational and service requirements.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages sharing of ideas and solutions.

Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Participate in monthly training courses and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements

Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA.

Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.

Valid Transport Canada Medical certificate.

Canadian Radio Telephone License.

Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 1000 multi-engine Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.

Minimum of 500 jet PIC hours.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.

Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.

Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.

Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America) is mandatory.

Previous time on type (Challenger 300) is preferred.
