Summary of key responsibilities:
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
§ Must be 23 years of age or older
§ High School or College Graduate
§ Must hold a valid passport to facilitate required travels
§ Minimum height of 5’ 3”to 6” and weight must be in proportion to height
§ At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or related role
§ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
§ Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and in emergencies
§ Good numeracy skills for handling cash (including foreign exchange)
§ Must be poised, well-groomed and females must be able to wear heels while on duty
Special Conditions:
§ Must be willing to comply with pre-employment medical (including hearing, vision, and standard medical tests)
§ Readiness to be notified at the last minute of Irregularities in Reporting for Duty
§ Must be willing to work scheduled weekends, early mornings, late nights and all public holidays
§ Ability to swim, assist others while in the water and effectively carry through emergency duties
Desirable
§ First Aid Training/CPR Certified
§ Knowledge of Security, Customs, Travel Laws and Immigration Regulations
§ Good command of other languages is an advantage
