Requirements
- Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Possession of a valid PRC ID card is required.
- A minimum educational attainment of high school graduate or equivalent is necessary.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) is essential. Proficiency in an additional language is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are prerequisite.
- Candidates must achieve a minimum arm-reach of 208cm when standing on tiptoe.
- Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or broader service industry is advantageous.
As a safety-sensitive position, successful candidates are required to meet the following stringent criteria:
- Successful completion of a comprehensive pre-employment background check.
- Demonstration of physical fitness through a pre-employment medical assessment.
- Passing a pre-employment drug test, conducted in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for Screening of Psychoactive Substances (Annex B, CAD373).
Exemption from the English assessment is available for candidates possessing either of the following valid qualifications:
- TOEIC® (Public Test): A valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening.
- IELTS (Academic): A valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.
Applicants are required to upload their score report when submitting their application. The result must be within its validity period and will be rigorously verified during the recruitment process.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and prospective candidates are encouraged to submit their applications promptly.
Shortlisted candidates will receive notification within six weeks to complete a digital interview and an English assessment. Failure to attend any scheduled assessment will result in the application being considered withdrawn; reapplication is welcome after a three-month period.
Selected candidates will be extended an email invitation to attend an Assessment Day, scheduled to be held in Shanghai in April.
