Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua).
- Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills.
- Minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe.
- Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is considered an asset.
- Possession of a PRC ID card.
As this position is safety-sensitive, successful candidates must:
- Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
- Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test, conducted according to HKCAD guidelines.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview in Beijing in April. Candidates holding a valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, may be exempted from the English assessment. A copy of the score must be uploaded during the application stage, and the assessment result must be within the validity period. Verification of the results will occur during the recruitment process.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified within six weeks and invited to complete a digital interview and English assessment. Selected candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Day held in Beijing in April. Applications from candidates who have applied within the past three months will not be considered.
