Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua). Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum arm reach of 208cm while standing on tiptoe.
Previous experience in airline, hospitality, or service industries is preferred.
Must hold a People's Republic of China (PRC) identification card.
Successful completion of a thorough pre-employment background check, including criminal record verification.
Physical fitness that meets the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, in accordance with the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) guidelines.

Candidates who hold a valid TOEIC score of 325 in both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) overall band score of 6.0 or higher, may be exempt from the English assessment, provided they submit their score during the application process. These results must be within their validity period and will be further verified during the recruitment process.

Application Information:

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within six weeks for a digital interview and English assessment. Successful applicants will be invited to an in-person Assessment Day in Shanghai in early March. Applications from candidates who have applied within the last three months will not be considered.
