Key Responsibilities:
As a Cathay Pacific Flight Attendant, you will:
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, first aid, and security procedures.
- Embody the Cathay Pacific brand by providing genuine, personalized experiences for every customer.
- Deliver service excellence by exceeding customer expectations and creating memorable inflight experiences.
- Attend to customer needs in a caring and professional manner, embracing diversity and providing extra support to those who require it.
- Thrive as an excellent team player within a culturally diverse environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Adapt to dynamic inflight situations with confidence, tact, and flexibility.
- Adhere to all inflight policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- High school graduate or above
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum arm reach of 208cm on tiptoe
- Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
- Holding a valid PRC ID card
Safety Sensitive Position:
This role requires successful completion of:
- Comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal record verification
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Pre-employment medical assessment demonstrating physical fitness for the role
- Pre-employment drug test, conducted in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B.

Application Information:
Candidates with a valid TOEIC score of 325 (reading and listening) or an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 or above may be exempt from the English assessment. Please upload a copy of your score during the application process.
Shortlisted candidates residing in mainland China will be invited to Beijing for an interview in mid-to-late July. Following a digital interview and English assessment, selected individuals will be invited to an Assessment Day in Beijing in mid-to-late July. Applications from candidates who have applied within the past three months will not be considered.
