The selection process involves a pre-employment medical check, including a HKCAD Class 1 medical assessment. Successful candidates are also required to pass a pre-employment background check, including criminal record verification, and a pre-employment drug test in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373. The HKCAD Aeromedical policy outlines the full requirements for fitness to fly.
