Key Responsibilities:

The Flight Attendant will be responsible for:

• Executing safety, first aid, and security procedures to the highest standards.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, providing genuine and personalized experiences to all customers.
• Delivering service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences, exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
• Attending to customer needs with care and professionalism.
• Embracing diversity and demonstrating thoughtfulness and care for all customers, especially those who require additional assistance.
• Being an excellent team player within a culturally diverse environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
• Adapting to various situations with confidence, tact, and flexibility.
• Upholding inflight policies and complying with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or high school graduation accompanied by at least 1 year of experience as a flight attendant.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai. A third language is preferable.
• A valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening, or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after 01 May 2023, which will exempt the candidate from the English assessment.
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe.

Previous experience in an airline, hospitality, or service industry will be considered advantageous.

Additional Safety-Sensitive Requirements:

As this role is safety-sensitive, successful candidates must also:

• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
• Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test in accordance with the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) guidelines.

Personal and Application Information:

Selected candidates will be invited via email to an Assessment Day in Bangkok in February 2025. Successful candidates are expected to join in the second quarter of 2025. For candidates requiring a work permit to reside and work in Hong Kong, employment will be conditional on immigration approval.
