The selection process includes a pre-employment medical check (consistent with HKCAD Class 1 medical standards) and a background check, including criminal records. Successful candidates may be considered for positions on any fleet type operated by Cathay Pacific, including A321neo, A330, A350, B777, and B747.
As this is a Safety Sensitive Role, candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug test, conducted in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances – Annex B, CAD373. Fitness to fly requirements are outlined in the HKCAD Aeromedical policy.
