The Opportunity
The Cabin Safety Professional is directly responsible for passenger safety and service onboard company aircraft. The CSP briefs passengers in accordance with federal aviation regulations and Aviation Services requirements. In the event of an emergency, the CSP maintains order, briefs passengers, and coordinates a safe evacuation. The CSP will work closely with scheduling and the flight crews. The CSP maintains proficiency on all emergency, lifesaving and survival equipment carried on board the aircraft. In the cabin, the CSP provides expert leadership and first class customer service. The CSP will be required to complete annual crew member training. The CSP reports to the Safety Manager, and is a vital part of the Aviation Services team.
