Caribbean Airlines Limited is actively recruiting a highly qualified individual to join its flight operations team as a First Officer - ATR. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the paramount responsibility of ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ATR aircraft. This role requires strict adherence to the Standing Operating Procedures established by Caribbean Airlines Limited, the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority, and all other relevant regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an exceptional ability to function collaboratively within a high-performance team environment. Essential qualities include advanced technical proficiency, strong verbal reasoning capabilities, sound decision-making skills, and robust critical reasoning abilities. As a First Officer - ATR, this is a safety-sensitive position. All candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
