Caribbean Airlines is actively seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a First Officer on the ATR aircraft fleet.

JOB SUMMARY

The First Officer - ATR is primarily responsible for the safe and compliant operation of the ATR aircraft. This role requires strict adherence to the Standing Operating Procedures established by Caribbean Airlines Limited, the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority, and all other relevant regulatory bodies governing flight operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary level passes, including Mathematics and English, OR hold a High School Diploma (applicable for US & Canadian based applicants).
• Hold a valid Trinidad and Tobago Commercial Pilots License (TTCPL) with a current Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
• Maintain a valid Trinidad and Tobago Class One (1) Medical Certificate.
• A Degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Aerospace Technology, Aeronautical Science, or a similar related discipline is considered a valuable asset.

The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, capable of contributing effectively to a high-performance flight crew. Essential attributes include strong technical proficiency, superior verbal reasoning, sound decision-making capabilities, and critical reasoning skills.

Please note that the First Officer – ATR is a safety-sensitive position. Consequently, selected candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Employment offers are also contingent upon successful completion of security background verification and clearance.
