Job Summary

The First Officer (ATR) is responsible for the safe operation of ATR aircraft in accordance with the Standing Operating Procedures established by Caribbean Airlines Limited, the Trinidad and Tobago Civil Aviation Authority, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary level passes, including Mathematics and English, or a High School Diploma for US and Canadian-based applicants.
• A valid Trinidad and Tobago Commercial Pilot’s License (TTCPL) with a valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
• A valid Trinidad and Tobago Class One (1) Medical Certificate.
• Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Aerospace Technology, Aeronautical Science, or a related discipline is considered an asset.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to function effectively within a high-performance team environment. Key competencies include superior technical proficiency, strong verbal reasoning, sound decision-making capabilities, and analytical critical reasoning skills.

Safety and Compliance

The First Officer – ATR position is designated as a safety-sensitive role. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Candidates must also undergo and successfully pass a comprehensive security background verification and clearance process prior to the issuance of an offer of employment.
