Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating unique and unforgettable experiences for guests.
- Ensure flight safety and smooth operations by clearly explaining onboard procedures to guests.
- Prioritize guest comfort and well-being throughout the flight.
- Engage guests with pleasant conversation, offering travel tips and recommendations.
- Effectively manage onboard sales as part of the service offering.
- Commit to continuous personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Completed secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or equivalent/higher).
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to swim safely.
- A valid, unrestricted passport.
- Ability to reach the base location within 90 minutes during on-call duty.
- Strong service orientation.
- Confident and presentable appearance.
- Excellent teamwork and social skills.
- Access to the internet.
- Willingness to receive a Yellow Fever vaccination.
- Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is beneficial.
