Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to guests with an open and warm personality.
• Communicate onboard procedures clearly to ensure safe and smooth flight operations.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the flight.
• Engage with guests, provide travel tips, and enhance their journey.
• Integrate onboard sales as part of the service offering.
• Pursue continuous personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Completed secondary school education (Mittlere Reife) or equivalent/higher qualification.
• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is advantageous.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are beneficial.
• Ability to swim safely.
• Valid, unrestricted passport.
• Ability to reach the base location within 90 minutes during on-call duty.
• Strong service orientation.
• Confident and well-presented appearance.
• Excellent team player with strong social skills.
• Access to the internet.
• Willingness to undergo Yellow Fever vaccination.
