Essential Job Requirements
- Possession of an EASA ATPL (A) or MPL (A) license without operator obligations.
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) for Multi-Engine aircraft.
- A minimum of 2,500 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 5.7 tonnes.
- Candidates holding a valid A330 Type Rating will be given strong preference.
- Valid Medical Class I certificate.
- General qualification for higher education in Germany (e.g., Hochschulreife, Fachhochschulreife, fachgebundene Hochschulreife, or an equivalent qualification).
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language, meeting at least ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
- A strong command of the German language is preferred. Non-native speakers should demonstrate a minimum Level B2 proficiency, verifiable through recognized language assessment centers such as the Goethe Institut.
- Reliable access to the internet.
- Possession of an EU passport or a passport with no more restrictive entry requirements than an EU passport.
- The ability to reach the assigned home base within a 90-minute timeframe during standby duties.
