Freebird Airlines Europe, a prominent charter airline established in Türkiye in 2000, is expanding its operations in Europe and is seeking qualified individuals for the role of First Officer on the A320 aircraft. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced and recently graduated pilots to secure a permanent position within a well-established and growing aviation company. The successful candidates will be based in Paderborn or Leipzig, Germany.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Prospective candidates are invited to apply for the position of A320 First Officer, either type-rated or non-type-rated, who meet the outlined requirements. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and professional conduct.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates a safety-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Possesses a valid EASA Part-FCL license with ATPL theory knowledge.
- For type-rated candidates: Valid A320 type rating and a minimum of 2000 flight hours on the A320 type.
- Holds a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum ICAO Level 5.
- Completed a last flight within the preceding 12 months.
- Maintains a clean criminal record.
- Ability to reach the assigned base within 60 minutes during standby duties.
- Resides in proximity to company bases or expresses willingness to relocate.
