Essential Job Requirements:
- Valid EASA ATPL (A).
- Instrument Rating (IR) for Multi-Engine aircraft.
- A minimum of 2500 total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on CS-25 aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 5.7 tonnes.
- A valid A320 Type Rating is highly preferred.
- Possession of a current Medical Class I certificate.
- General qualification for higher education in Germany (e.g., Hochschulreife, Fachhochschulreife, fachgebundene Hochschulreife, or an equivalent qualification).
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language, with a minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
- Proficiency in the German language (oral and written) is preferred for non-native speakers, demonstrating at least B2 level as verified by recognized language assessment centers (e.g., Goethe Institut).
- Reliable access to the internet.
- Possession of an EU passport or a passport with equivalent entry privileges.
- Ability to reach the assigned home base within a 90-minute radius during standby duties.
