This full-time or part-time role focuses on delivering aviation training modules within a dynamic industry setting.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining EASA qualifications and revalidations as an SFI, TRI, or TRE. This position requires the instructor to uphold standardization and procedural knowledge pertinent to specific ATO/AOC requirements, while delivering a comprehensive range of EASA training modules according to established quality standards.
Requirements

EASA ATPL holder or former holder.

Valid SFI / TRI / TRE Certificate.

Valid Type Rating on A320, A300, A330, B757, or B767.

EU citizenship or an unrestricted residence and work permit for Germany.

German language proficiency: Native Speaker, Level C1, or ICAO Level 5.

Experience as an instructor/trainer on CS-25 aircraft.

Strong interpersonal and didactic skills.

Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and travel as required.

Willingness to be assigned to client companies under an employee leasing framework.
