Role and Responsibilities
To strengthen our team in Amsterdam and Brussels we are looking for Flight Instructors on a Freelance basis.
The Flight Instructor performs ground and flight instruction and together with an international team of colleagues looks after the timely delivery of the training program, safety standards and professional training quality.
We are looking for Instructors (SFI/TRI,TKI):
- Who have profound job-related experience, preferably as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner
- Are passionate about teaching and developing people
- With excellent communication and language (English) skills
- Flexible and the ability to adapt to the needs and learning style of the trainee
As a freelancer you would preferably be frequently available and have a flexible mindset (willingness to jump on ad-hoc request and perform duties outside office hours).
Note: Pilots, currently not a qualified instructor, but interested to become one and meeting all EASA prerequisites, are also invited to apply.
As an Instructor you would:
- Perform pre-and post flight training briefings and simulator training for our clients
- Complete training records
- Participate in training reviews and act as a invigilator when examination is conducted
