CHC Helicopters is looking for First Officers to join its professional and flexible team in Norwich.

Operates their assigned aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with CHC operational standards and all applicable regulations;

Place’s safety and customer service at the forefront in everything they do, both inside and outside the aircraft;

Maintains situational awareness throughout the entire operational region with respect to weather conditions, NOTAMs, sea state and customer offshore facility status;

Supports the aircraft commander in a safe operation of flights

Facilitates communications with the customer and ensures CHC is represented in a professional manner;

Work area is Norwich, but secondments to other operating bases are possible;

Stays up to date on all operational and safety procedures; and

Complies with other duties and assignments as determined by the Flight Operations Management team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Valid and current UK CAA ATPL (H) or UK CAA Frozen ATPL (H)

Valid and current Multi Engine Instrument rating (H)

Applicants are required to hold a UK CAA class I medical certificate

Applicants will be required to complete psychometric testing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required;

Must be organised and be able to work with a large and varied workload;

Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team;

Must be able to pass a UK security background check

Must be IT literate and able to work with CHC IT systems for flight planning, rostering and others

Must have the right to live and work in the UK

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Year in the Offshore Oil and Gas.

Type rating AW139

EASA ATPL (H) alongside UK CAA ATPL (H)

1,500 hours PIC helicopter;

500 hours Multi Engine

ICAO English level 6

Multi Crew Cooperation Course , MCC (H)

Living or willing to live within 1 hr travel distance from Norwich while on duty
