Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop curriculum, conduct instruction, and maintain Joint Identification (JID) courses.

Liaise with operational Combatant Commander staffs for exercise planning and preparation.

Prepare or review OPTASK LINK messages for JTO exercises.

Assist in the selection, modification, or request of Link 16 networks to support JTO exercises.

Perform analysis of multi-TDL architecture performance and implement changes.

Coordinate with development and acquisition agencies for procurement and evaluation of JICO automated tools.

Maintain configuration management of JICO automated tools.

Represent JID at joint and combined interoperability working groups.

Provide course planning and administration, including schedule development, field training coordination, and student notification.

Develop, instruct, revise, and maintain JID course materials.

Perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements, particularly in electronic classrooms.

Support worldwide deployed mobile training team requirements.
Requirements

4 years of Multi-TDL experience.

Military instructor experience.

Capability for worldwide deployment supporting Mobile Training Teams, potentially under field conditions.

Secret Security Clearance.

Ability to sit for extended periods.

Willingness to travel CONUS and to international sites.
Qualifications

An Associate Degree or one year of related experience may substitute for each year of required education.

Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or curriculum development experience is preferred.
