CAE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 707 Pilot Instructor to join its dedicated team. This critical position will initially commence as a part-time role, offering strong potential to transition into full-time employment based upon contract growth and operational necessity. The Instructor serves as a pivotal Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for delivering expert instruction on 707 aircraft variants, specifically including the E-3 Sentry, KC-135 Stratotanker, E-6 Mercury, and RC-135 Rivet Joint. This instruction covers complex aircraft systems and operational procedures across diverse training environments, encompassing aircraft, classroom, and high-fidelity flight simulator settings.
The Instructor is instrumental in developing robust training curricula, detailed study outlines, and comprehensive orientation materials. The role requires the consistent conduction of instructional sessions, proficiency checks, briefings, and follow-ups on flight simulators, strictly adhering to approved syllabi and company policies.

U.S. Citizenship Requirement: Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration for this role.
The incumbent must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Personal Security Clearance. The employee must comply with all company security and data protection/usage policies, ensuring the proper marking and handling of all information and materials. Access to government and proprietary information will be restricted to company-provided electronic resources.

The work environment primarily involves a standard office setting but includes potential exposure to specialized training device areas, which may involve electrical shock, moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, airborne particles, and significant noise levels. The role necessitates the ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs and ladders into simulators or aircraft cockpits; stooping, bending, and crawling. It requires sensory ability to detect odors or noises indicating potential equipment issues.
