About the Role

CAE is seeking a qualified C-130/L-382 Aircraft Navigator Instructor. This role involves planning, organizing, and delivering instruction on legacy and advanced avionics for C-130/L-382 aircraft. Instruction is provided in simulator, classroom, and practical environments and includes Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Night Vision Imaging Systems (NVIS).

Work Environment

The role operates in office, classroom, and simulator environments. Standard office equipment is routinely utilized.

Physical Demands

The position requires the ability to travel internationally for extended assignments, stand for up to eight hours daily for instruction, tolerate simulator vibration and acoustic environments, climb stairs for simulator access, and comfortably sit and reach controls in an instructional chair typical of aircraft.

Security Responsibilities

The instructor must adhere strictly to all company security and data protection/usage policies. This includes proper marking and handling of information, restricting access to those with a need-to-know, and obtaining management approval before divulging information outside the company. All government and proprietary information must be accessed and stored exclusively on company-provided electronic resources.
