Aviation Instructor
CAE is seeking experienced pilots to join its team as Aviation Instructors. This role offers a comprehensive training program designed to transform pilot knowledge and skills into world-class instruction, preparing individuals to lead clients through their training as subject matter experts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong professional character, the ability to create a welcoming and successful learning environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to effectively communicate across all mediums (spoken, written), at all levels, and demonstrate the capability to tailor training sessions to meet the needs of a diverse customer base. A keen attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with CAE policy and FAA requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Authorization to live and work in the United States.
- An unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
- FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs.
- Willingness to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
