Role Overview:

The Instructor Pilot will undergo a comprehensive training program, leveraging their existing knowledge and skills to become a world-class instructor and subject matter expert. This individual will lead clients through their training, fostering a welcoming and successful learning environment.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned pilot with a strong commitment to coaching and mentoring, a value for Crew Resource Management (CRM), and a collaborative team spirit. Key attributes include:

A strong dedication to providing "red carpet" customer service, ensuring continuous satisfaction.

Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining precise and timely records in accordance with CAE policies and FAA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Authorization to live and work in the United States.
Possession of an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
Preference will be given to candidates with FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time.
Basic proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
Willingness to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
