CAE is seeking highly motivated and experienced aviation professionals to join its esteemed team of Instructor Pilots in Orlando, Florida. Role Overview:

The Instructor Pilot will undergo a comprehensive training program, leveraging their existing knowledge and skills to become a world-class instructor and subject matter expert. This individual will lead clients through their training, fostering a welcoming and successful learning environment.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned pilot with a strong commitment to coaching and mentoring, a value for Crew Resource Management (CRM), and a collaborative team spirit. Key attributes include:

  • A demonstrably professional character, capable of creating an inclusive and effective learning space.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all mediums, catering to diverse audiences.
  • A strong dedication to providing "red carpet" customer service, ensuring continuous satisfaction.
  • The ability to customize training sessions to accommodate the varying needs of a diverse client base.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining precise and timely records in accordance with CAE policies and FAA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Authorization to live and work in the United States.
  • Possession of an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with FAR Part 135 experience and 3,000 hours of total flight time.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
  • Willingness to participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
