About the Role:
The Phenom Instructor Pilot plays a vital role in delivering exceptional flight training in both simulator and classroom environments. Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive flight instruction in accordance with regulatory standards, CAE curriculum, and specific customer needs.
- Leading pre- and post-flight briefings with a focus on professionalism and adherence to CAE standards.
- Conducting thorough training record keeping, recommending remedial training as needed, and maintaining personal instructional qualifications.
- Serving as a subject matter expert, contributing to curriculum and courseware development.
- Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for a diverse range of clients.
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate.
- Possess a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
- Demonstrate a passion for teaching and effective communication skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applications.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Prior experience flying business aircraft is highly desirable.
